Katie Medina

Katie took her first yoga class in 2012 and was instantly hooked.  She completed yoga teacher training (RYT-200) virtually during the pandemic in 2020 and has been teaching since early 2021.  Yoga has had a profound impact on her life off the mat by improving her mind/body connection and nurturing her spiritually.  She loves sharing the benefits of yoga with anyone willing to listen and truly believes yoga is for EVERY ONE!
