Erin Hall

After a decade of practicing yoga, Erin continued her yoga learning journey with 200-hour YTT certification. With a 25 year career as a Biologist, she has always been fascinated with learning about living systems, and is focusing on deepening her knowledge of the biology of movement.  Her interests in mindfulness and meditation have enriched her yoga practice and training. Erin is excited to support others in their practice, and guide them to enhanced levels of movement and connection.
